2013 Olin Business magazine focuses on impact

Olin's annual magazine looks at impact from several angles: the school's impact on students; alumni impact on business; the impact of the post 9-11 GI Bill on veterans; and the global economy's impact on policy and world power. With the theme of "Cultivating People who Make an Impact," the 2013 edition of Olin Business is packed with stories on alumni career paths, campus news, and a spectacular panoramic sneak peek inside the new buildings under construction.

Olin Business also features the third volume of Praxis: Research that Impacts Business. Praxis is a unique collaboration that highlights rigorous and relevant research by Olin faculty, summarized by MBA student-writers, and presented in a reader-friendly format to make the research accessible to all business leaders and managers. Seven research papers, judged relevant and useful for business in the annual Olin Award competition, are featured in this year's Praxis. From Emotional Intelligence to Credit Rating Agencies, Praxis articles cover research in finance, marketing, organizational behavior and strategy.
