Leadership for High Performance - Modular
"The professors and cases used in the Leadership for High Performance program created great dialogue. The resulting perspectives from peers at different companies were invaluable. The classes logically built on each other and were sequenced appropriately. I was able to use the information immediately to improve my leadership skills, which generated better results for Edward Jones."
Steve Smith, Principal, Talent Management, Edward Jones
Leadership demands more than strategic vision; it also requires the “soft” skills to guide your stakeholders and develop your management teams effectively. The Leadership for High Performance program helps you build these skills, with topics focused on relationship management, interpersonal leadership and influence, collaboration, and change management.
