Learn how to navigate the main legal minefields of business and explore how viewing business through a legal lens can be used to make better business decisions.  We will review both micro and macro legal strategy particularly in light of Porter’s Five Forces framework.  We will also review some of the issues and components of dispute resolution and business formation.
