Refresh and expand your knowledge and ability to use financial statements to understand how your organization is performing. In this course, we go beyond the financial statements as the firm’s ‘report card’ and begin to establish some habits for breaking down the info and diving deeper, even if you have little- to no-experience with financial statements. You’ll improve your ability to ask salient questions about financial performance and you’ll gain greater confidence in working with financial information in general. We will walk through a large number of examples to get a good feel for the various indicators, both positive and negative, and we’ll connect the dots to get a sense of what a firm’s future economic performance might be.
