Chris McCusker received a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Prior to Tulane, he served on the faculties of Yale School of Management and Columbia Business School. He has won an award for excellence in research from the American Psychological Association, and he has won many awards for excellence in teaching at undergraduate, graduate and executive levels. Dr. McCusker is currently doing research on leadership as a design problem, ethical wisdom in business, the social resolution of moral conflict, developing cross-cultural competence for adult learners, and moral foundations of leadership in the U.S. civil rights movement. He has published articles in academic journals including <i>Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology</i>, and <i>Journal of Cross-Cultural Psychology</i>. He is currently on the Editorial Board of <i>Journal of Organizational Behavior Educatio</i>
