Jeff directs the tax curriculum for the Olin Business School teaching Taxation of Business Entities, Federal Income Taxation, and Tax & Business Strategy. Jeff was most recently an International Tax Partner at PwC with 25 years of experience working with multinational companies in structuring their international investments and operations. He has extensive experience in designing and implementing integrated solutions designed to optimize the global tax position of multinational companies, inbound and outbound. In that capacity, he has significant experience in the design and implementation of holding company structures, financing structures, cash redeployment/repatriation, and foreign tax credit planning. Jeff has a JD degree from St. Louis University and holds an accounting degree from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
