Yoni Danieli is an Adjunct Lecturer in Negotiations at the Olin School of Business, Washington University in St. Louis. His teaching is focused on Negotiation and improving one’s ability to analyze and conduct negotiations in a variety of different settings, and finding optimal outcomes for both parties. Yoni is a Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at ADB Companies, a national turnkey provider of utility infrastructure services. Yoni oversees all mergers and acquisition activities from origination and valuation through due diligence and post-close integration. Prior to his current position, he was a a Senior Consultant at Collaborative Strategies, Inc., a St. Louis-based management consulting firm; and a Regional Operations Director at DaVita Dialysis, a Fortune 500 provider of outpatient dialysis services. He earned his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles and M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
