Personal Interests:
Eli and his wife have three sons. They have lived in Israel, Philadelphia, Dallas and now St. Louis. He enjoys traveling in the U.S. and abroad with his family.

Eli has been teaching quantitative courses in undergraduate and MBA courses since 2003 at SMU and now at Olin. His research encompasses economic aspects of markets, information, technology, and the interaction between them. Within this domain he is interested in viable structures for online procurement markets, economic aspects of trading in these markets, and contractual mechanisms in supply chains. Recently, he applied these concepts to understanding the role of information technology in healthcare.
