Alex is the Managing Director of Altus Properties, a private-equity real estate investment and development firm, where he leads Altus’ equity investments, acquisitions, capitalizations and joint-venture structuring. Additional, Alex shares leadership responsibility of the firm’s portfolio strategy and development endeavors. He is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, with a degree in Finance and Marketing. Alex is active in a variety of non-profit and educational organizations in St. Louis. He serves as a member of Washington University’s Alumni Board of Governors, the Board of Directors of the United Way of Greater Saint Louis, the Alumni Board of St. Louis Priory School and is a past president of the Olin Business School Alumni Board.
