Professor Bunderson is director of the Bauer Leadership Center and the George and Carol Bauer Professor of Organizational Ethics and Governance at the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Strategic Management and Organization from the University of Minnesota and B.S. and M.S. degrees from Brigham Young University. His award-winning research on issues of leadership and meaningful work has been published in leading management journals. He has delivered courses and seminars throughout the world to executives from leading public and private companies. Before pursuing an academic career, Professor Bunderson worked in organization and management development at PepsiCo, Inc.
