Dr. Muir has taught college courses since 1989 when he began graduate studies. Prior to Olin, he taught in business and communication departments and directed various campus programs. He also consulted with businesses, nonprofits, and community groups in the United States and abroad. He has worked in the hospitality industry, which informs his research on communication, diversity, and innovation.
