Why C-suite skills are critical
Lam has been a financial industry executive for two decades. He now manages the bank’s trade finance and supply chain finance business – from strategy to product development to sales to execution.
He believes “it’s important to refresh knowledge on various business disciplines and to build well-rounded management skills,” particularly as professionals become more senior in their organizations.
