A Wide Range of Majors in Business

Consider your options in our list of business majors and minors

Eight Business Majors

As an undergraduate pursuing your BSBA degree, you can choose from eight business majors:
  • Accounting
  • Economics and Strategy
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Finance
  • Healthcare Management
  • Organization and Strategic Management
  • Marketing
  • Supply Chain, Operations, and Technology

You declare your business major (or majors) during your sophomore year. Then you tailor your academic portfolio to your career interests and objectives.

You can combine majors in business with a second major or minor from one of the university’s other schools, such as the College of Arts & Sciences, or Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts. For example, you can study Financial Engineering as a second major with the School of Engineering & Applied Science. Or, you might consider the BS in Business and Computer Science, a joint degree with Engineering.

Business Minors for BSBA students

In addition to your major(s), you can minor in International Business, the Business of Social Impact, the Business of Sports, the Business of Entertainment, the Business of the Arts, or Business Analytics.

BSBA degree and business major requirements vary by graduation year:
