We’re Here to Help

Prepare to Add Value in your Career

Whatever your goals, we’ll partner to reach them.

When you emerge with your WashU Olin MBA, you’ll be an accomplished business problem solver, fully equipped to take your talents to market.

From functional knowledge in the classroom to mentoring from professors to guidance from staff, we’re here to help you advance to the next phase of your career—whether that’s your mid-program internship or post-graduation career placement.

Career Planning and Coaching

The process begins on day one when you’re assigned a Weston Career Center (WCC) career coach who remains your primary point of career contact for your entire Olin experience, in partnership with your academic advisor. When the time comes and the need arises, you’ll also partner with industry specialists from the WCC, professionals uniquely equipped to provide deep industry knowledge and support for your career advancement through the relationships they’ve built and cultivated with industry professionals in the field.

video The WCC takes a student-centric approach to career services, providing expert and personalized support to help you achieve your career goals. We’ve recently enhanced our career services, in partnership with Boston Consulting Group, to put our focus squarely on the student experience and satisfaction.

From the day you are admitted to the program, Olin academic advisors and Weston Career Center (WCC) coaches start to help you define your goals and align them with opportunities. You’re already laying the foundation for your summer internship—still a year down the road—and your ultimate career goal when you graduate.
