Applying to Olin is your first step to the next step up. Our Admissions Committee, using a holistic approach with both objective and subjective criteria, carefully considers every PMBA applicant. In other words, there is no one “right” or “wrong” background for a good PMBA candidate. Each entering class is comprised of students with varied backgrounds, talents, and interests.

We consider every applicant’s academic ability, leadership potential, professional experience, and career goals — and how well those are communicated to us.

Semesters of Entry

You can choose to enter the program in late August or mid-January.
  • Fall Semester — Attend core classes Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
  • Spring Semester — Attend core classes with two sessions on Saturday.

Transfer Credits up to 9 credits accepted

Olin will accept up to nine credits of graduate-level coursework taken at other AACSB-accredited MBA programs if the grades earned are “B” or above. In addition, the Academic Review Committee must view the courses as equivalent to Olin classes in quality and content.
  • Submit the course syllabus and transcript to your academic advisor for any classes you’d like to be considered for transfer credit.
  • The review process takes at least two weeks to complete.
