Corporate Programs

Olin’s corporate programs are learning laboratories that drive sustainable growth, performance, and competitive advantage. Develop executives. Clarify strategic vision and values. And create value for your organization and stakeholders.

The programs are engines of insight, changing the way you think, approach management challenges, and make decisions. But they also are engines of action that alter the way you conduct business, measure results, and serve your community.

High touch and high content

What separates Olin’s corporate programs from competitors’ programs? “We’re extremely high service, and we deliver extremely good content,” says Sam Chun, assistant dean of Executive Programs and senior lecturer in management practice. “As a result, we add value to the Midwest region by making businesses more strategic and productive.”

Designed in collaboration with your leadership team

Every program is designed and developed in partnership with members of your organization. Olin professors address your leadership team’s needs and concerns and incorporate benchmarks to evaluate progress. Most programs are held at the Charles F. Knight Executive Education & Conference Center on Washington University’s campus. But the Olin Executive Education team can conduct programs at venues around the world.

Olin has offered corporate programs since 1993, successfully serving thousands of employees from a diverse client base.
