Average Class Composition

Although every Executive MBA class composition is different, previous class demographics give you a good profile of your classmates.

Peers from diverse professional backgrounds

Expect about 50 to 55 classmates. Their average age is 38, and their average number of years of professional experience is 15. About 60 to 70 percent of them are citizens of the People’s Republic of China. Your remaining classmates come from Europe, North America, and other parts of Asia. Approximately 90 percent of your program peers work for multinational companies; 10 percent of your peers work for state-owned or private enterprises that conduct international business or that have developed their own entrepreneurial venture.

Your classmates are high achievers. About 45 percent have graduate degrees (in addition to the EMBA they’re pursuing).
