A Strong Academic Foundation

An EMBA designed for professional impact

We understand that leadership is individualized. All kinds of people can become transformative leaders by knowing who they are and how best to employ their leadership style. It’s why leadership development is at the heart of our EMBA program, and includes leadership assessments, executive leadership coaching and leadership coursework throughout the program. Whatever your leadership style, you’ll develop a values-based, data-driven approach to decision-making, always considering the impact of the decisions you make on your organization and the world around you.

Our model of leadership effectiveness.

We believe effective leaders must have values-based and data-driven competencies. Unlike most leadership models that talk mainly about driving results and leading people, in our model we develop principled leaders who are clear about their values and purpose while also understanding the importance of analytics and paying attention to what the data says.
