Individualized Executive Coaching

Leadership coaching is built into our EMBA program

Individualized leadership development is at the heart of our program. To hone your leadership skills, assessments, executive leadership coaching and related coursework are integrated into your EMBA experience. You’ll take part in 10 hours of coaching, some even after you've earned your degree.

Informed by numbers, driven by principle.

  • Values Based, Data Driven™: Balance data and values to make thoughtful, sound decisions at every turn and every scale.
  • Global Outlook: Develop the global savvy necessary for today’s interconnected business world through coursework, case studies and class discussion.
  • Experiential Learning: Roll up your sleeves to put classroom learning into practice on mid-program and capstone projects.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Bring an innovative mindset to meet any challenge and nimbly respond to change.

About our EMBA program

For 40 years, our EMBA program has educated high-achieving leaders. Classes meet once a month on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. In addition to class days, most students spend 10 to 15 hours each week completing assignments. Much of your out-of-class time is spent reading cases and preparing for class. And many student teams get together once a week. All the while, you’ll create a network of accomplished classmates, top-notch faculty, engaged WashU alumni and diverse business leaders.

Lead with higher purpose.

An executive MBA focused on leadership.
