This MBA/MA program is designed for students who want to develop an expertise in business systems and management within an East Asian context. The joint degree is obtained through both Olin Business School and the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. Students interested in pursuing the MBA/MA (East Asian Studies) must apply to both Olin Business School and the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences (GSAS). The program generally takes three years (67 credit hours) to complete. Students may pursue careers in a field such as international business.
- Take the GMAT and GRE.
- Complete 51 credit hours (three semesters) in Olin Business School
- Complete 22 credit hours (three semesters) in the GSAS
- In addition to the required core curriculum, the GSAS requires that its students complete a core seminar in East Asian Studies during the first semester, at least one international business course, and two writing seminars in East Asia.
