Giorgio Zanarone’s research focuses on organizational economics, institutional economics and strategy, with an emphasis on the interaction between formal and relational governance mechanisms. He is secretary of the Society for Institutional and Organizational Economics. His research has been published in leading journals in management, economics and law, including the Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Law and Economics, Journal of Law, Economics and Organization, and Journal of Development Economics.
