Taylor Begley
Assistant Professor of Finance
Area of Expertise:
Regulation, Banking and Financial Institutions, Corporate Finance
Research Interests:
My research primarily focuses on the empirical investigation of financial contracting models in the presence of asymmetric information. More specifically, I am interested in how information asymmetry between providers and users of capital can lead to distortions in managerial decision making and the role that security design can play in mitigating such frictions in corporate finance and securitization markets.
