Professor Gorman joined the Olin Business School in 2020. Her PhD is in Economics and Strategy, augmenting her Masters work in Strategy and distinctive Undergraduate work in Mathematical Modeling. Since 1993 she has also been affiliated with Corporate and Executive Education Programs as a Faculty and Program Lead. She has worked with Executive Education Programs across the country, including Columbia University, the Wharton Business School, Duke Business School and the London Business School.
Before joining Olin, Trish held Consulting positions including Director of Global Strategy Learning at McKinsey & Company and Director of Growth Thought Leadership for Deloitte, North America. Her executive learning and consulting engagements have impacted nearly 80 of the Fortune 100 companies. She was instrumental in the launch of the Jack Welch Management Institute and briefly served as its Dean prior to its sale to Strayer University. Her business faculty positions include Columbia University, the Wharton School, University of Utah, Ohio State University, and Stevens Institute of Technology.
