Recent WashU Olin alum Erin Nazetta was named as one of Poets & Quants’ Best & Brightest Executive MBAs from the Class of 2024.

Nazetta, director of food and agriculture research for Broadview Capital Holdings, LLC, was among 62 2024 EMBAs whose academic performance and leadership stood out among their classmates.

She told P&Q that she chose WashU's executive MBA program for its collaborative cohort experience, its strong alumni network and its focus on entrepreneurship and family businesses.

WashU Olin’s active engagement in the business community was also a significant factor in my decision.

The most important lesson Nazetta took from her EMBA experience was that it broadened her ideas about leadership.

“WashU provided a comprehensive approach to skill development, uncovering areas I didn’t even realize I needed to work on,” she said. “I came to understand that true leadership lies in the impact we have on those around us and the world we inhabit rather than simply the title on our business cards.”
