Olin launches new Business of Health initiative

WashU Olin has taken big steps in launching its new initiative in the business of health, including hiring Patrick Aguilar, MD, EMBA 2020, as the project’s first managing director.

Aguilar and Dean Mike Mazzeo lay out the ambitious plans for the health initiative, a vital pillar of Olin’s five-year strategic plan, in The Source. It calls for expanded health-related research and course offerings, as well as cross-disciplinary work with schools that include WashU Medicine and the new School of Public Health.

It’s about leveraging the entire strength of WashU, not just one school’s capabilities.
