Our career services model helps you manage your career as it evolves, taking into consideration growth and career satisfaction. It also helps you uncover the unique differentiators that define your value in the marketplace. Your Certified Career Management Coach will help you identify and rectify any skill gaps, hone your interviewing skills and even coach you through job offer negotiations.

CareerLeader and StrengthFinder Assessments

Free to Olin alumni, these assessments offer you the opportunity to gain a deeper self-understanding. Set up an appointment with a Certified Career Management Coach to discuss assessment and next steps.

Lunch and Learn Series

This virtual series of panels and one-on-one discussion with alumni showcases best practices in professional development. Two weeks later each session is followed by networking groups organized around topics such as leveraging executive recruiters, making the most of LinkedIn, honing your negotiation strategies and, for international alumni, navigating the US work culture.
