Gisele Marcus is an accomplished profit and loss leader transforming businesses and groups, up to $800M in revenue, in full alignment with performance targets. She is a five-time general manager at brands such as Accenture, Johnson Controls, Cushman & Wakefield, and Thermo Fisher Scientific, who has successfully turned around failed businesses operationally, financially, and/or qualitatively.

Most recently, as a senior DEI executive, she has championed innovative initiatives to bridge gaps in workplace equity, creating policies and programs that positively impact a wide array of stakeholders. Her experience in spearheading a $1B strategic growth initiative to expand market presence into urban communities has aided in her expertise in this discipline.

Marcus possesses spectrum expertise in operations, change management, and strategic planning. She is a global leader whose culture-shaping expertise has been honed by her work in Europe, Asia, Africa, South America, and North America.

Professor Marcus is a lover of international travel, her favorite continent is Africa where she has explored 14 countries. She is passionate about the plight of parentless children and is an advocate for wards of the state within foster care/adoption programs, where she has spent two decades volunteering her time.
