Rebecca Dohrman


Rebecca Dohrman is Senior Lecturer in Management Communications at the Olin Business School at Washington University. Her research and teaching interests center on crisis communication, automation within business communication practices, and the socialization process of young professionals into high-tech fields.

She is currently working on completing the GIS certificate from University College at Washington University and is a Taylor Geospatial Institute Associate. She has a PhD in Organizational Communication from Purdue University and a MS in Software Development from Maryville University.

She earned a MA (Research) degree in Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and International Studies from Saint Louis University. She has previously studied or taught abroad in Spain, France, and Denmark.
