William Cassidy

William Cassidy
Will joined Olin in July 2023 after receiving a PhD in Finance from Chicago Booth. He holds a BA in Mathematical Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to his graduate studies, he worked as a Research Professional at the Fama-Miller Center for Research in Finance. His research interests include asset pricing and political economy. A common thread in his work is the combination of big data and natural language processing to empirically study the effects of politics on financial markets.
