Our part-time Flex MBA is designed for working professionals who want to take their careers to the next level.

As the business world evolves, so must the MBA. The Flex MBA takes a decidedly contemporary approach to learning, starting with options to take courses online or on campus. As you learn core MBA fundamentals, you also examine modern technology and its growing impact on business—and our world.

Grounded in Core MBA Fundamentals

WashU Olin’s Flex MBA degree program delivers the full rigor of a traditional MBA with the necessary flexibility for working professionals. Each semester, you can choose to take classes online or on campus. With both formats, you have live class sessions at set times and additional content to review outside of class. Whether on campus or online, you’re taught by the same professors as in our Full-Time MBA program.

Electives on Contemporary Topics

As you start the program and your core classes, you can also dive into elective courses that interest you. Each semester, we offer a wide variety of 1.5-hour elective courses on contemporary topics like AI, healthcare, analytics and entrepreneurship. These courses are immersive and experiential, including weeklong intensives, weekend courses and global travel courses. And they’re an excellent way to study of-the-moment topics and build your degree your way.

However you choose to pursue your degree—on campus or online—you develop close relationships with your professors and peers. An important part of your Flex MBA experience is getting to know your classmates and adding them to your professional network.
