To earn a Strategic Thinking Concentration, take five seminar units of your choice within two years. Seminar topics include:

Learn to use the right tools at the right times to evaluate progress, increase efficiency, boost accountability, and meet goals and objectives. To earn a Business Execution Concentration, take five seminar units of your choice within two years. Sample seminars include:

In addition to enterprise-wide management skills, authentic leaders need the “soft” skills to guide management teams through periods of uncertainty and to rally stakeholders around common values and goals. To earn a Leadership Concentration, take five seminar units of your choice within two years. Sample seminars include:

Build Your Advanced Management Certificate
Take advantage of a program that rewards the development of wide-ranging, cross-functional business skills. If you're interested in more varied topics, take five seminar course units in each concentration to earn the Advanced Management Certificate.
