Executive Development Concentration Areas

Knowledge delivered in a focused, flexible format.

Seminar courses are organized into three concentration areas that serve as guideposts to comprehensive business knowledge and provide key tools in targeted areas. The program format gives you the learning flexibility you need as a busy professional.

Each concentration area corresponds to management competencies that meet the needs of an always-changing, global marketplace.

Strategic Thinking

To help set a direction for your organization—or to keep it on course—you need to be able to think critically and strategically. More specifically, you need the skills to make informed short- and long-term decisions quickly, even in situations with less-than-perfect information. Seminar topics include:

  • Strategic Thinking
  • Creativity in Organizations
  • Innovating through Uncertainty: Predict, Test, Create

Business Execution

Organizational strategy is only as strong as its implementation. Learn to use the right tools at the right times to evaluate progress, increase efficiency, boost accountability, and meet goals and objectives. Sample seminars include:

  • Negotiation Workshop
  • Finance for Nonfinancial Managers
  • High-Impact Productivity

Leadership

In addition to enterprise-wide management skills, authentic leaders need the “soft” skills to guide management teams through periods of uncertainty and to rally stakeholders around common values and goals. Sample seminar courses include:

  • Leading through Influence
  • Leading a Culture of Excellence
  • Leading & Growing Highly Effective Teams
