Why Olin? 

Olin is recognized globally as an excellent business school, and it’s conveniently located “in my backyard.”  The high-quality education and proximity made it an opportunity too good to pass up. 

Teamwork 

Professor Andrew Knight’s course on teamwork and leading organizations has been a favorite. He has a gift for sharing his expertise while instilling a passion for learning. The academic coursework has been directly transferrable to my day-to-day responsibilities at work.  

Traveling Man 

I travel more than 50% of the time. It makes the MBA program challenging, but because I’m taking courses online, it’s reasonably doable. 

Great Community 

We have a great community, talking frequently in group chats and providing support for each other both in and outside of class. I’ve developed some strong relationships, which I expect will continue beyond the MBA program. 

Career Boost 

I’ve gained an immense amount of knowledge while also reinforcing the skills and abilities I already had. This has helped my level of confidence and prepared me to take on a new role that gave me tremendously more responsibility. I’ve moved from one direct report to building a team that will grow to 12.
