Responsibilities

I’ve been a senior global supply chain manager and have 15 years of experience at major merchandising companies, including Spanish multinational clothing chain Zara and St. Louis-based retailer Build-A-Bear Workshop. Over the past seven years, I’ve been involved in headquarter operations in the United States, handling global sourcing, merchandising, and business planning and analysis and establishing management tools. 

Why Olin? 

I chose Olin’s EMBA because it’s a rigorous educational program with global emphasis on leadership, strategy and finance. I’ll strengthen my knowledge and skill sets to create more value for the business and community as a global leader.  

Leadership Focus 

Olin has pivoted the focus of the curriculum to leadership. It was a great adjustment—several classmates and I have benefited so much from the leadership classes. In a turbulent economic and political environment, people are looking for good leaders and guidance.   

Fun Fact 

During the EMBA program, I made three job changes, underwent three IVF transfers and had my second baby right before graduation, so it is a program that can test your capabilities and resilience!
