Distinguished Alumni Symposium


The Bauer Leadership Center has long supported Olin Business School’s Distinguished Alumni Award Symposium panel to bring insight to the community regarding the core values, innovation, and leadership decisions our leaders face in the communities they lead and serve. Diversity in Leadership


Diversity in Leadership (DIL) is a senior leadership pipeline initiative that, over the past three years, has proven its ability to uplevel the business skillset of its participants, resulting in promotions and new businesses being launched. The program's mission is to serve as a catalyst for the advancement of leaders with an emphasis on ethnic minorities, women, and veterans globally, facilitated through the development of talent pipelines for higher education and industry. The purpose of the Diversity in Leadership graduate program is to help close educational attainment gaps, wealth gaps, skills gaps, and opportunity gaps for minority groups in order to create more inclusive living, working, and learning communities.
The Olin Business School hosted a three-day session for participants as part of their experience. Members of The Bauer Leadership Center also participated by engaging with attendees and sponsoring a cohort dinner.
