Apply As a Junior


The dual degree program provides an opportunity for WashU undergraduate students to complete their undergraduate and graduate coursework in as little as five semesters of full-time study. This accelerated program allows you to graduate as an expert in one of the world’s top-ten fastest-growing fields. WashU Olin’s dual degree programs give you the chance to expand your academic experience and follow more than one passion. These programs are designed to get you across the finish line faster so you can jump-start your future.

    • No GMAT/GRE
    • Save time: Receive your master’s in as little as one semester after completing your bachelor’s degree.
    • Smart investment: During your senior year, you will complete your undergraduate degree requirements while also starting to take graduate-level courses. At this time, your undergraduate tuition and any financial aid will still apply. After completing your undergraduate degree, future semester tuition will be applied at the full-time graduate program level rate. This could translate to roughly a third of the cost of the program, depending on how many credits you have left to take in your final semester.

To help ensure your success in our specialized master’s programs, we require limited prerequisites to prepare you for your studies.
  • MS in Analytics

    Statistics, Calculus I, Calculus II

  • MS in Corporate Finance

    Statistics, Calculus I, Microeconomics

  • MS in Wealth and Asset Management

    Statistics, Calculus I, Microeconomics

  • MS in Quantitative Finance

    No specific prerequisites, but successful applicants to this program will demonstrate outstanding aptitude for advanced quantitative finance materials. Students who have majored in mathematics, computer science, quantitative economics, engineering, physics and statistics are especially encouraged to apply. Some background in the applications of computing to quantitative problem-solving is especially valuable. For more information, please refer to our admissions page. (Some courses we may look for include Calculus II, Linear Algebra, Econometrics, etc.)

    We review each applicant on a number of factors, looking for individuals with strong academic, professional and extracurricular activities. We base our selections on past performance, quantitative skills and communication skills. To ensure diversity in each entering class, we admit students with various backgrounds, experiences, talents and interests.
