Olin EMBA students’ average age is 42, and their average years of preprogram professional experience is 14. They come from a wide variety of industries, functional areas, and positions. The program also attracts officers or former officers from all branches of the U.S. military, high-achieving men and women who add compelling perspectives to discussions on leadership.

In addition, each class is composed of professionals with various levels of program sponsorship. Some students come from organizations that pay 100 percent of their EMBA tuition. Other students receive partial funding from their organization or pay all the program costs themselves.
